Gradings
Grading will now be held every compulsory three (3) months. If students cannot attend the dates allocated then they must grade at the next available date. WE WILL NOT grade any student on a separate occasion because of personal circumstances.
This has been done in the past to keep students satisfied, however at a huge cost to the other students, as it means where instructors are used to grade 1 or 2 individuals, there is inadequate supervision to cover the class.
This not only posses a health and safety issue as well as unfair treatment to satisfy others needs. Grading dates are listed below, which will give everybody enough notice.
