England Squad Selections - November 13th
This weekend saw 4 competitors from the club, selecting for England trials to compete in the European Championships.
First up was Fallon Raymond who came up twice against a very established England competitor. Fallon lost both fights but produced a good return start.
Second up was Sophie Santillo who won 8-0, 3-1, 4-3 and produced a good overall performance, which entailed Sophie getting selected for the European Championships.
Next up was Patrick who fought 3 fights lost the first round by won point for contact drew the second 1-1 and won the third 4-1. One point cost Patrick an England place.
Last up was Adrian who won his first fight 4-1, lost the second 0-3, drew the third 1-1 and lost the last.
Sensei Sat commented "Well done to all the squad today and back to the drawing board!!"
